General Laundry Questions

How is my laundry done?

An employee will pick up your laundry in the bag that we provide for you.  Back at the facility we will sort your laundry into whites, lights and darks.  We will then wash, dry and fold your laundry.  We will then return your laundry folded and smelling fresh.

Do I need to separate my laundry?

No, we will separate your clothes at the facility…giving you more free time.  Just place your clothes in the bag that we provide and we will take it from there.

Do you charge for the laundry bags?

No, the bag is included with your service.

What type of laundry products you you use?

The same as you would.  The brands may vary from time to time, if you have specific concerns please contact us to get your specific questions answered.

Will you hang my clothes?

Yes, just provide the hangers and confirm what you want with a customer service representative.

How much clothes will you wash for me?

If it fits in the bag, we will wash it.

What form of payments do you accept?

Credit and debt cards are the easiest since you can pay on-line.  We also accept checks and cash.

What if I have a special request for my laundry?

No problem, just let your customer service representative know your exact needs.

When will I get my laundry back?

Usually within just a few days.  you can confirm your laundry return with your customer service representative upon pick-up.

What happens if I get my laundry back and something is missing or damaged?

We take care of your laundry like it is our own.  We understand that you are trusting us with your property.  Your clothes go straight from pick-up to our facility get laundered and directly back to you.  Should something happen to your clothes, you will be compensated for the loss or damage.

How do I join byebyelaundry.com?

Do I have to live on campus to sign-up?

No.  Bye Bye Laundry is available to the entire St. Charles, St. Peters and O’Fallon community.

Why do I have to pay in advance for my semester?

We find that it is easiest for students to take care of there needs just once per semester or year.  This way all you have to do is put you dirty clothes in the bag, drop it off and pick it up each week.

How do I get my laundry bag?

A bag will be returned with your first set of clean clothes.

When do I get my laundry back?

Usually just a few days.  We will contact you to schedule your drop-off time.

What if I miss a week of service?

Just contact one of our customer service representatives, we will extend your plan two times per semester.

Where do I have my laundry picked-up?

Your customer service representative will let you know when and where you can meet your delivery driver.

When do you offer the service?

You can begin anytime.  If the semester has already started we will prorate the remaining of the semester or year.  Just contact us and we will give you a prorated quote.
